F. McClure Wallace

 

McClure was licensed to practice law in 2006.  His practice includes trust and estate litigation, estate and trust administration, civil litigation, business issues, real property matters and guardianship law. McClure earned his J.D. from Tulsa University School of Law in 2006, during that time he was a member of the Phi Delta Phi academic honor fraternity, and an elected representative of the Student Bar Association.  Prior to law school, McClure earned his Bachelor of Arts, Political Science, from the University of Nevada in 2003.  At the University of Nevada, McClure was a four year letterman on the men’s tennis team, during which time he was a three year Western Athletic Conference all-academic team selection, and a three time recipient of the Western Athletic Conference Student Athlete Award.


McClure has received the coveted AV-Preeminent ranking by Martindale Hubbell, its highest rating for attorneys recognizing their legal ability and ethical standards. 


In both 2013 and 2014, McClure was recognized by Nevada Business Magazine as one Nevada’s “Legal Elite”.  He was also welcomed by the Nevada Lawyer Magazine as a guest columnist, publishing an article in the May 2013 edition entitled “To Get Your Estate Planning Clients Where They Want to Go, Make Sure They Know Where They Are”.


Since 2011, McClure has served the United States District Court of Nevada as a mediator on its Inmate Mediation Panel, mediating applicable cases numerous times. 



Before joining Rosenauer & Wallace, McClure served as a judicial intern in the 360th Judicial District Court of Texas, and went on to serve as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Judge Steven R. Kosach of the Second Judicial District Court for the State of Nevada. 


McClure is active in numerous professional associations and in his community.  His associations and memberships include:

Finally, McClure proudly supports the law in Northern Nevada through volunteer and pro bono work.  McClure has volunteered for the Lawyer in the Library Program through the Washoe County Law Library on multiple occasions, and has taken on pro bono cases in assistance of Nevada Legal Services.


McClure is licensed to practice law in all federal and state courts in the State of Nevada, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
